About the Opportunity A quick-growing technology services firm operating in the Enterprise CRM & Customer Experience (CX) transformation space, we partner with global brands to modernize their Oracle CX ecosystems. Our consultants design, configure, and extend Oracle’s cloud-native platforms—with a sharp focus on Redwood UI—to deliver intuitive, scalable, and future-ready customer engagement experiences across sales, service, and marketing functions. Role & Responsibilities

- Design and implement custom Redwood UI components and layouts to enhance user experience across Oracle CX modules.
- Configure and extend Oracle CX applications using Redwood Framework, ensuring alignment with business process workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate UX requirements into technical specifications for Redwood-based interfaces.
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness of Redwood UI pages across devices and user roles.




- Debug and resolve Redwood UI-related issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Document UI architecture decisions, component libraries, and best practices for Redwood implementation across projects.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Oracle CX Cloud Service

- REST APIs
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Experience with Oracle ADF or Oracle JET
