Role Description This is a full-time, on-site OPT Recruiter role based in Telangana, India. The OPT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for OPT candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus networks, as well as maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements,



ensuring compliance with relevant immigration and employment guidelines, and providing regular updates on hiring progress. The OPT Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Knowledge of OPT, CPT, and related immigration processes, with attention to compliance and documentation.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings and deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant recruiting experience is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Telangana, India, and collaborate in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Familiarity with IT and consulting roles is an advantage; prior experience in campus or volume hiring is beneficial.
