We are looking for an Operations & Delivery Manager to be the engine of our execution team. While the sales team brings in the clients, your job is to ensure we deliver on our promises. You will oversee workforce management, manage the deployment of our tutors and language experts, and own the operational health of our client accounts.
What You Will Do
- Workforce Mobilization (WFM): Own capacity planning, scheduling, and utilization. Ensure we have the successful delivery of scaled language experts and tutors to meet client demand without operational bloat.
- Tutor & Resource Deployment: Manage the end-to-end deployment of tutors and niche manpower for institutional cohorts (universities/schools) and enterprise projects.
- Delivery-Side Account Management: Act as the operational counterpart to the client. You will track SLAs, ensure delivery quality, and step in to solve operational bottlenecks for active accounts.
- Performance Tracking:
Monitor daily/weekly delivery metrics such as tutor attendance, cohort progress, and resource utilization and report these directly to leadership.
- Cross-functional Sync: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to forecast hiring needs, and coordinate with Programme Managers to align delivery output with client expectations.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in operations, WFM, or delivery management (experience in EdTech, language services, BPO, or managed IT services is highly preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing and deploying a dynamic workforce (tutors, trainers, or project-based contractors).
- Solid analytical skills to track delivery metrics and manage workforce scheduling effectively.
- A highly organized, problem-solving mindset. You can handle moving parts and step in to fix operational friction before the client notices.
- Clear, direct communication skills to manage internal teams and handle delivery updates with clients.
