We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a General and Operations Managers to evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your real-world expertise in directing multi-department operations, staffing, financial oversight, and cross-functional decision-making to assess AI-generated operational management content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated operational plans, staff schedules, performance reviews, and other management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
- Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, financial rigor, and cross-department feasibility.
- Review operational scenarios involving budgeting, staffing, workflow coordination, and performance improvement decisions.
- Provide expert feedback on AI-generated operational management content and workflows.
- Assess and validate the practical applicability of AI-driven operational strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a general manager, operations manager, operations director, business manager, district manager, or another closely related general operations management role.
- Experience directing multi-department or multi-location operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance oversight.
- Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
- Solid written English communication skills.
- Background in evaluating operational efficiency and process improvements.
