Surya’s Pest Control Services is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily service operations, manage field teams, ensure service quality, and drive operational efficiency across the assigned city.

-Oversee day-to-day pest control operations and service delivery.
-Manage and coordinate Supervisors and Technicians across assigned locations.
-Ensure timely completion of customer services and maintain service quality.
-Monitor SOP compliance, service trackers, audit trackers, and operational reports.
-Plan workforce deployment, productivity, and daily schedules.
-Track team performance and achieve operational targets.
-Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
-Conduct regular field visits and monitor service standards.
-Ensure compliance with food safety,
hygiene, and operational requirements.
-Coordinate with management and other departments to improve overall operations.
-Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

-3–5 years of experience in operations management.
-Experience in Pest Control or Facility Management will be preferred.
-Strong team-management and leadership skills.
-Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to manage multiple teams and locations.
-Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and operational tracking.
-Willingness to travel within the assigned city as required.
