We manage premium residential properties on behalf of owners, delivering end-to-end operations guest management, housekeeping, maintenance, pricing, compliance, and reporting through a single technology platform. Our model allows property owners to earn consistent rental income without day-to-day involvement, while guests receive a consistent, professionally managed stay experience across every property in our portfolio.

We currently operate 150+ residences across 6 cities, serving both corporate and leisure travelers.

We are building teams across operations, technology, sales, and corporate functions to support that growth.

About the Role:

We're hiring an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day performance of a cluster of managed properties in our urban corporate-accommodation portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, owners, and our on-ground caretaker team — responsible for guest experience, property upkeep, and owner satisfaction across your assigned properties.

What you'll do





1.⁠ ⁠Own end-to-end operations for your assigned properties — guest experience, housekeeping quality, and maintenance turnaround

2.⁠ ⁠Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and resolve guest issues in real time

3.⁠ ⁠Manage vendor and caretaker relationships to meet our maintenance SLA

4.⁠ ⁠Track occupancy, pricing, and property performance through our platform

5.⁠ ⁠Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners in your cluster

6.⁠ ⁠Ensure properties remain compliant on documentation, invoicing, and reporting

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠2+ years of experience in hospitality, facility management, real estate operations, or a similar client-facing operational role

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in any discipline

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with technology platforms and dashboards for daily operations

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills across guest, owner, and vendor interactions

•⁠ ⁠Based in the city of application, with the ability to be in office at properties regularly

•⁠ ⁠Able to manage multiple properties and competing priorities effectively
