You will be the backbone of MB Travelcations. You own the trip AFTER sales — from vendor booking to guest feedback. Founder gets the client, you deliver the experience flawlessly.

What You Will Do:1. Operations & Booking (60%):

- Handle end-to-end operations: Hotels, Flights, Car Rental, Bus/Train, Cruise, Sightseeing, Visa coordination
- Negotiate with hotels, transport vendors in Digha, Darjeeling, North Bengal, Goa, Kerala
- Create vouchers, itineraries, and WhatsApp updates for clients
- Manage 5-15 trips simultaneously in peak season

2. Corporate MICE & Events (30%):
- Execute corporate offsites for 20-200 pax: Hotel + Conference Hall + DJ + Team Games + Food
- Coordinate wedding guest management, corporate conferences
- Be on-call during events, solve on-ground issues

3. Team & Process (10%):
- Manage 1-2 junior executives / interns
- Maintain booking sheets, payment follow-ups, and vendor ledger
- Handle client support on WhatsApp ((phone hidden)) and email ([email protected])

Who Can Apply:




- 2-5 years in travel agency / tour operator / hotel operations / MICE
- Knows Digha, Darjeeling, Dooars, Sikkim vendor network (Big Plus)
- Can speak Bengali, Hindi, English fluently
- Can work under pressure in Durga Puja / December season
- Own laptop + basic Excel, Canva, Google Maps
- Based in Durgapur / Asansol / Kolkata and ready to travel for recce

Salary & Perks:
- ₹20,000 - ₹35,000/month + Incentive per trip + Travel allowance
