Job Responsibilities

-Monitor and manage night-time operations.

-Coordinate with drivers and customers.

-Assign drivers for incoming bookings.

-Track ongoing trips, delays, and cancellations.

-Handle customer and driver queries.

-Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters when required.

-Maintain daily operational reports and ensure proper shift handover.

Requirements

-0–2 years of experience in operations, customer support or a related field.

-Freshers are welcome to apply.

-Good communication and coordination skills.

-Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems quickly.

-Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

-Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.

-Candidates from Kerala preferred.

-Immediate joiners preferred.
