ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Analyst to support our Operations, Product, and Finance teams. This is a hands-on role requiring strong SQL and Excel skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams with high ownership. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, engaging with clients and vendors, and being available to support critical operations as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRA)

- Data & Reporting: Query, extract, and analyze operational data using SQL and Excel; maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and process trackers on an ongoing basis.
- Billing & Reconciliation: Perform billing reconciliation and invoice generation; ensure data accuracy and completeness across systems and financial records.
- Document Handling: Prepare, maintain, and manage operational and client-facing documents with a high standard of accuracy and organization.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for daily operational requirements; track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for client queries related to operations; ensure timely responses and a professional communication standard.
- Product & Business Logic:



Develop a strong understanding of the Credgenics platform, its business logic, and product workflows to support operational decisions and cross-functional alignment.
- Issue Tracking & Resolution: Monitor day-to-day product operations, flag anomalies, track issues, and work with the Product team to drive resolution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to enable seamless execution of business processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience: 1–2 years in a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar data-driven role.
- SQL — Mandatory: Hands-on proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail, ability to spot data inconsistencies, and draw actionable insights.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for client and vendor interactions.
- Ownership: High sense of accountability, proactive problem-solving, and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Availability: Comfortable with a 6-day working week and available to support critical operational needs, including off-hours when required.
- Domain (Good to Have): Prior exposure to BFSI, fintech, or SaaS operations is a plus.
