Role Description The Operations Management Intern role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The intern will support daily operational activities, including coordinating internal workflows, tracking project progress, and assisting in process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include handling documentation, helping streamline communication between teams and stakeholders, and supporting customer-facing operations to ensure smooth service delivery. The intern will also assist in collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing reports,



and contributing to cross-functional projects that enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management and Project Management skills to help plan, coordinate, and optimize daily processes and initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders and ensure a positive experience.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (such as spreadsheets and presentation software) and basic familiarity with technology platforms used in operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Operations, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrated interest in health-tech or child development.
