Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations for Air, Sea, and Land shipments.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs-related documentation.
- Create and send freight quotations to customers and overseas agents.
- Coordinate with carriers, agents, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Update shipment status and operational records in CargoWise.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in CargoWise
- Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding Documentation




- Experience in preparing Freight Quotations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Knowledge of Air Freight and Sea Freight operations is preferred

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Operations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with international agents and carriers.
- Understanding of customs clearance procedures.
- Robust problem-solving and customer service
