Follow up for pending documents and approvals. Update customer and loan details in CRM/Excel. Track cases from login to disbursement. Maintain proper records and MIS reports. Ensure timely processing of loan applications.
Handle basic customer queries related to loan status and documents. RequirementsGraduate in any discipline. Valuable communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel. Good documentation and follow-up skills.
Candidates with banking, NBFC or loan industry experience will be preferred.
