Role Description The Operation Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including coordinating staff schedules, monitoring service quality, and ensuring smooth customer flow.

The Operation

Executive will track inventory levels, assist with vendor coordination, and support compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include resolving operational issues, preparing basic reports on performance,



and collaborating with the management team to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily activities and improve processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work with staff, vendors, and customers.
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or retail operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
