Hiring: Site In charge/ O&M; Engineer / Senior Technician – Solar Rooftop Project

⚡ Project Size: 9 MW Rooftop Solar Project

Industry: Solar PV Operations & Maintenance

We are looking for experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of Site Incharge / O&M; Engineer / Senior Technician for our large-scale rooftop solar project in Bangalore. C Class Supervisor License of Karnataka is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Daily operation and maintenance of rooftop solar plants

Preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Troubleshooting of inverters, SCBs, ACDB/DCDB, and related electrical systems

Monitoring plant performance and ensuring maximum uptime

Coordination with site teams and reporting activities

Ensuring safety compliance at site

Eligibility Criteria





Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

3–5 years of experience in Solar O&M; projects

Mandatory: Karnataka Electrical Supervisor License

Good understanding of rooftop solar systems and electrical troubleshooting

Ability to handle site operations independently

Preferred Skills

Experience in MW-scale rooftop solar projects

Robust troubleshooting and reporting skills

Team handling capability
