Role Description

This is a full-time, remote internship opportunity for college students in the Online Training Program at NextGen E-Learning Hub. Interns will support the development and delivery of online training content by assisting with course material creation, organizing resources, and helping maintain e-learning modules. They will collaborate with mentors and trainers to research relevant topics, draft learning materials, and contribute to interactive sessions such as live classes, Q&A; segments, and discussion forums.





Daily responsibilities may include coordinating schedules, communicating with learners, collecting feedback, and preparing reports on engagement and learning outcomes. Participants will gain exposure to instructional design, digital learning tools, and professional communication while working in a structured, online setting.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clarity in written and verbal interactions with mentors and learners.
- Analytical Skills to interpret learner feedback, assess course effectiveness, and support data-driven improvements.
- Research and Writing skills to gather information on course topics and create concise, accurate training content.
- Interest in Training and education, with the ability to assist in delivering engaging online sessions and learning activities.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program; fields such as education, business, technology, or related disciplines are beneficial.
