- Plan and coordinate the complete execution of the thinking assessments' program for a group of schools.
- Manage and improve the assessments dispatch and delivery to the assigned schools, in coordination with the a.Internal team/partners, b. clients and c.external logistics partners.
- Maintain a robust, proactive, and professional communication with the schools and concerned POCs and teachers.
- Prepare, work ( and improve) on all forms of reports, performance analysis and inputs, dashboards and data necessary for the schools.
- Observe, reflect, and improve the efficiency of work in all aspects, individually as well as for the team, through constant upskilling and improvement.
- Be the face of the organization for the school on daily basis and contributing to the retention of the schools by providing best possible support and experience.
Requirements
- Very Strong understanding and direct experience of client communication
- Solid listening skills and ability to understand and comprehend the situation,
with patience.
- Proficiency in Science and Mathematics, English will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills required - both in terms of planning and execution.
- A dynamic personality with proactive collaboration and also empathy towards the colleagues.
- A minimum of 2 years of proper work experience in a similar field or position.
- A progressive mind-set who understands long term vision and problem solving.
- Candidates with genuine interest in education sector and students learning are preferable.
