About the Role

NoBroker is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to drive business growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective customers through calls and virtual interactions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.





Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Acquisition.

Fluent English communication is mandatory.

Candidates should be proficient in any one of the following language combinations:

English + Hindi + Marathi

English + Hindi + Tamil

English + Hindi + Kannada

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
