Bachelors Degree, in Marketing or Business, is preferred. Candidates with alternate tertiary education qualifications will be considered
Ideally, we are seeking candidates with 3+ years previous experience in business development, preferably in the Architectural, Engineering (A/E) or Construction firms. We will also consider applicants who are a good match for the job requirements

Research:
Assist with researching companies, projects, and key individuals to identify potential clients, new contacts, regional prospects, and market intelligence.




Support the identification and tracking of regional project opportunities and leads.
Assist with researching architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) market trends and compile findings for internal reporting.
Maintain and update the CRM database with contacts, opportunities, client interactions, and company information.
Assist with identifying and tracking relevant conferences, exhibitions, industry associations, and networking events across the region.

Planning and Coordination:
Assist with the implementation of regional business development plans and marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Senior Business Development Coordinator.
Coordinate logistics for business development trips, client meetings, webinars, conferences, and regional events.
Assist with tracking business development budgets and expenses.
Support the coordination of internal meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions related to business
