Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive content strategies for scaling Instagram and YouTube pages from scratch.
Content Direction: Develop engaging content concepts, scripts, and captions that resonate with target audiences and drive growth and retention.
Performance Analysis: Analyze platform-specific metrics to identify trends and optimize content for maximum engagement.
Content Calendar Management: Own the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Research:



Conduct thorough research to inform content direction and stay ahead of industry trends.
Autonomous Execution: Navigate ambiguity and take initiative in defining processes and strategies without a predefined playbook.

Must-Haves
Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in scaling Instagram and/or YouTube pages from scratch, with a portfolio of successful examples.
Growth Instincts: Sharp instinct for identifying hooks, pacing, formats, and understanding algorithmic behavior that drives growth and retention.
Robust Writing Skills: Ability to transform ideas into compelling scripts, captions, or concepts independently.
End-to-End Ownership: Experience managing a content strategy and calendar from conception to execution.
