Salesforce Automation Tester / Engineer

Location:
Chennai

What you'll do:
Test Salesforce applications using both manual and automation testing.
Create and maintain automation scripts using
AccelQ
(preferred) or
Selenium
.
Perform
API testing
using REST and SOAP with tools like
Postman
,
SOAP UI
, or
Rest Assured
.
Test Salesforce customizations, including
Apex
,
Lightning Components
, and integrations with other systems.
Execute
functional, regression, integration, and UAT
testing.
Support automation in
CI/CD
pipelines.
Log and track defects using
Jira
,
qTest
, or similar tools.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams in an
Agile
setting.

Required Skills:
Experience testing Salesforce applications.
Hands-on experience with
AccelQ
or
Selenium
.
Positive knowledge of
REST/SOAP API testing
.
Familiarity with
Apex
,
Lightning Components
, and Salesforce integrations.
Experience with
Jira
,
qTest
, or similar defect management tools.
Understanding of
Agile
methodology and
CI/CD
practices.
