Role Description The Omni Sports Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the advisor helps customers discover and choose the right sports products and services, offering guidance tailored to different experience levels and needs. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers on the store floor, demonstrating products, and sharing practical sports knowledge to support safe and enjoyable participation.





The role also involves organizing and maintaining merchandise displays, monitoring stock levels, and contributing to in-store sports events and workshops.

Advisor collaborates closely with teammates to ensure an inclusive, welcoming environment and a seamless customer experience across in-store and digital channels.

Qualifications

- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to listen, identify needs, and propose suitable sports solutions.
- Enthusiasm for sport and wellbeing, with a commitment to inclusivity and community engagement.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as part of a cooperative team.
- Previous experience in sports retail, coaching, or fitness instruction is an advantage.
- Basic digital literacy to use store systems, online tools, and omni-channel services.
