We’re looking for a hands-on Okta IAM Developer with strong experience in Okta implementation, development, integrations, and end-to-end IAM solution delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

- 5+ years IAM & 4+ years hands-on Okta experience
- 2+ years development/scripting – Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, PowerShell or similar
- Okta Identity Engine (OIE), Universal Directory (UD), Lifecycle Management, SSO, MFA & API Access Management
- SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM & JIT provisioning
- Okta REST APIs, REST/JSON & API integrations
- Authorization servers, scopes, claims, access policies & OAuth/OIDC flows
- Okta integration with AD, LDAP, HR, SaaS & custom applications
- Provisioning, deprovisioning, JML, profile mapping, groups & group rules
- End-to-end SDLC – requirements, design,



development/configuration, testing, deployment & production support
- Git, Jira, CI/CD & Agile experience is preferred

Good to Have

Okta Workflows, Event Hooks, Inline Hooks, Custom Integrations, Okta Access Gateway, Zero Trust, Passwordless, FIDO2/WebAuthn, OpenSSL & Keytool.

IMPORTANT

This is NOT a pure L2/L3 support or Okta administration role.

We are looking for candidates with genuine hands-on implementation and development experience who can explain the technical reasoning and architecture behind their solutions.
