This is a full time remote role for an Online Internship – HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter intern will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening and evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities. The intern will also assist in developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via job portals & social media
- Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews
- Schedule interviews & manage candidate databases
- Assist in onboarding & maintain HR records
Requirements:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently & remotely
- Knowledge of personnel management
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree
Stipend (Based on Successful Joining's): 0 to 4 - Nil
5 to 8 - 3000 INR
9 to 12- 5000 INR
13to 15- 7500 INR
16 or above- 10000 INR and Best Performer Awards
Alternative Options (if joining criteria not met): Anyone who makes 30 successful walk-ins during the month → ₹2,500 Anyone who makes 10 selections during the month → ₹2,500
