As an OCI Admin - Associate 2, you will be at the forefront of optimizing operational efficiency by managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle PaaS services.

Your role will involve provisioning, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to support seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing Oracle's suite of software and technologies to enhance organizational processes.

As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage complex situations. This role encourages curiosity and adaptability, allowing you to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support Oracle Fusion instance provisioning and administration activities, execute standard operational tasks, and assist with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) support. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of Oracle products and solutions.

Responsibilities





- Provisioning and managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources including virtual cloud networks, subnets, and security lists
- Supporting OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) tasks such as policy creation and access requests
- Performing routine operations like tagging compliance, backups coordination, and capacity checks
- Assisting with hybrid connectivity support and basic connectivity validation
- Administering Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) services, including Autonomous Database and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Executing standard operational tasks such as service health checks and configuration validation
- Supporting Oracle Fusion instance provisioning and administration activities
- Monitoring OCI and PaaS environments using enterprise tools and escalating alerts as needed
- Participating in incident and service request management, including ticket updates and documentation
- Supporting change implementations by executing approved steps and validating outcomes
- Executing Terraform deployments and updating environment variables under peer review
- Assisting with scripting in Bash or Python to automate operational activities and reporting

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating experience with Terraform and Git workflows
- Utilizing knowledge of Oracle Fusion and PaaS services
- Understanding security best practices in cloud environments
- Engaging in cloud networking and infrastructure administration
- Participating in DevOps and platform support activities
