Accountabilities

- Participate in a 60-minute remote, AI-moderated voice interview focused on ocean logistics and freight operations.
- Explain your approach to selecting, evaluating, and managing ocean freight vendors and major ocean carriers.
- Discuss your day-to-day logistics workflows, international freight routing practices, and shipping strategies.
- Walk through a recent supply chain or freight challenge, explaining the situation, decisions made, and how the issue was resolved.
- Respond to AI-generated follow-up questions based on your specific operational setup, experience, and challenges.

- Share perspectives on current industry practices for international route planning and large-scale ocean freight management.

Requirements

- Professional experience in ocean logistics,



freight operations, supply chain management, or a closely related field.
- Current employment in the technology or automotive sector.
- Direct experience managing or influencing international freight routing at medium-to-large scale.
- Experience working with major ocean carriers and evaluating freight vendors or shipping options.
- Robust understanding of international shipping strategies, vendor relationships, and route-planning considerations.

- Ability to clearly explain operational processes, decisions, challenges, and outcomes based on real-world experience.
- Comfortable participating in a remote, AI-moderated voice interview using a computer or mobile device.
- Ability to engage openly with follow-up questions and provide detailed, experience-based perspectives.
