Company Description NURA – Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening – is a collaborative initiative between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining advanced AI-enabled imaging with expert clinical care. The organization focuses on proactive health screening programs designed to detect cancers and lifestyle-related diseases at an early stage in otherwise asymptomatic individuals. By identifying health risks early, NURA supports timely intervention, improved outcomes, and reduced long-term health complications.

NURA operates dedicated screening centers in multiple Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Calicut, and Chennai, and is expanding to serve more communities with accessible, high-quality preventive healthcare.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based at the NURA center in Kozhikode (Calicut). The Nurse will provide patient-centered clinical support throughout the screening process, including welcoming individuals, obtaining medical histories, preparing them for imaging and diagnostic procedures, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection-control protocols. Daily responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting physicians and technicians during examinations, educating patients on screening procedures and follow-up steps,



and documenting care accurately in clinical systems.

The Nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate appointments, support smooth patient flow, and contribute to a positive, respectful, and confidential care environment. Participation in quality improvement, adherence to clinical guidelines, and ongoing professional development are expected.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical nursing skills in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and basic clinical procedures.
- Competence in patient education, counseling, and clear communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with documentation, electronic health records, and adherence to clinical and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of preventive healthcare, screening programs, and basic oncology or lifestyle disease management is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain a professional, compassionate approach to patient care.
- Valid nursing qualification and registration as per local regulatory requirements; prior experience in hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center settings is preferred.
- Willingness to work in an in office, patient-facing role in Kozhikode and to adapt to technology-enabled healthcare workflows.
