Role Description The Night Shift Tracking Executive role is an on-site position based in India, responsible for monitoring and coordinating shipments during night operations. This role involves tracking vehicle movements, updating shipment status in internal systems, and communicating with drivers and operations staff to ensure on-time deliveries. The executive will respond to delays or route issues, escalate operational concerns, and maintain accurate documentation and reports for all night shift activities.





The position also requires collaborating with the day shift team to ensure smooth handovers and consistent service quality throughout the logistics cycle.

Qualifications

- Ability to monitor and track vehicles or shipments using GPS, transport management systems, or similar tracking tools.
- Strong coordination skills to communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and operations teams.
- Attention to detail for updating records, maintaining logs, and preparing basic tracking reports.
- Comfort working in a night shift environment, with reliability and punctuality for assigned schedules.
- Basic computer literacy, including handling spreadsheets, email, and standard office software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages, as applicable.
- Problem-solving mindset to handle route deviations, delays, or emergencies in a calm and organized way.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in logistics or business is an advantage.
