Role Description The News Reporter will be responsible for identifying newsworthy stories, conducting interviews, and gathering information from multiple sources. Daily tasks include researching topics, verifying facts, writing news articles and reports, and preparing content suitable for digital and other media formats. The role also involves collaborating with editors, meeting tight deadlines, and responding quickly to breaking news.

This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability, strong communication skills,



and the ability to work effectively with a distributed team.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Reporting and Journalism, with experience covering a range of news topics.
- Proficiency in News Writing and Writing, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Ability to draft and manage Press Releases as part of broader news and media communications.
- Excellent research, fact-checking, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and meeting daily deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital news platforms, basic content management systems, and social media distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
