Nursing Staff – Patient & Family Care

We are looking for compassionate, responsible, and experienced Nursing Staff to provide nursing and personal care support to individuals across all age groups, including children, adults, and senior citizens. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, hygiene, and overall well-being of the individuals under their care.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in home nursing, patient care, elderly care, child care, hospital nursing, ICU/ward care, or residential care are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing and personal care to individuals of different age groups.
- Monitor general health and well-being.
- Assist with prescribed medications and routine care.
- Support patients with daily activities where required.
- Maintain personal hygiene and a safe, clean environment.
- Identify and report any changes in health or behaviour.
- Maintain basic nursing and care records.
- Coordinate with family members, doctors,



and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Respond appropriately to routine and urgent care situations.
- Maintain confidentiality, dignity, and respect while providing care.

Eligibility & Skills

- Nursing qualification/certification preferred.
- Prior experience in nursing, patient care, home care, hospital, or residential care will be an advantage.
- Male and Female candidates preferred.
- Ability to care for children, adults, and senior citizens.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
- Willingness to work in a residential/live-in workplace.

Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month Shift: 9 hours per day
