Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team on a Full-Time basis and support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing improvement of Oracle NetSuite solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and translate functional requirements into effective NetSuite solutions. The role will involve working across key business and finance processes, including FAM, FSM, O2C, P2P, and R2R.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance, Operations, and other key stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and effective Oracle NetSuite functional solutions.
- Configure and support NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, fields, roles, dashboards, and saved searches based on business requirements.
- Work across Fixed Assets Management (FAM), Field Service Management (FSM), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend NetSuite-based solutions and process improvements.
- Support end-to-end NetSuite implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for customizations, integrations, reports, and scripts.
- Design and execute functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards, and financial reports to support business requirements.
- Support data migration activities, including data validation, mapping, reconciliation, and testing.
- Work closely with users to provide NetSuite training, documentation, and ongoing functional support.




- Assist with system enhancements, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clear documentation of business processes, configurations, requirements, and solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of NetSuite solutions.
- Stay current with NetSuite functionality, releases, best practices, and emerging ERP capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in NetSuite functional consulting, ERP implementation, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and end-to-end business processes.
- Hands-on or strong functional knowledge of O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), and R2R (Record to Report) processes.
- Knowledge or experience with Fixed Assets Management (FAM) and Field Service Management (FSM) is highly preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite configuration, including forms, fields, workflows, roles, dashboards, saved searches, and reports.
- Ability to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, document functional requirements, and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
- Experience in functional testing, UAT, data validation, and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, finance teams, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Willingness to learn new NetSuite features, modules, and industry best practices.
- NetSuite certification such as SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or other relevant certification is a plus.





Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Prior experience with Oracle NetSuite implementation, optimization, or support projects.
- Hands-on experience with FAM (Fixed Assets Management) and/or FSM (Field Service Management).
- Experience across multiple NetSuite business processes, including O2C, P2P, and R2R.
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or other NetSuite certifications.
- Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, multi-subsidiary environments, and multi-currency accounting.
- Knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, and NetSuite reporting.
- Experience working with NetSuite integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, or third-party applications.
- Exposure to data migration, CSV imports, data mapping, and reconciliation.
- Experience preparing functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Previous experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience working with clients across multiple industries, entities, or geographies.
