Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer with a strong techno-functional background in Oracle NetSuite ERP. The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands-on experience in developing, customizing, configuring, and supporting NetSuite applications while working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Business stakeholders. The candidate should have strong expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk, along with deep functional knowledge of Finance, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules.

This role requires someone who can understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, develop customizations, build integrations, and provide ongoing production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions using SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud technologies.
- Gather business requirements from functional stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and NetSuite best practices.
- Configure, customize, and support various NetSuite modules including Finance, Order Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
- Develop custom scripts, workflows, custom records, forms, dashboards, saved searches, reports, KPIs, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and integration frameworks.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, perform root cause analysis, optimize existing customizations, and ensure high system performance and reliability.
- Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Business teams to understand process improvements and implement effective ERP solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, release management, regression testing, deployment activities, documentation, and post-production support.
- Ensure application security,



data integrity, compliance, and adherence to NetSuite development standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical design discussions within the development team.

Required Technical Skills

- Minimum 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle NetSuite Development.
- Extensive experience with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), and NetSuite customization.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, and integration development.
- Experience developing custom records, custom forms, workflows, scheduled scripts, user event scripts, client scripts, RESTlets, Suitelets, and Map/Reduce scripts.
- Good understanding of ERP architecture, data migration, performance optimization, and system administration.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with version control and release management practices.

Functional Expertise

- Strong functional knowledge of Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting, Journal Entries, Financial Close processes, Budget Management, and Financial Compliance. Candidates should understand financial business processes and be able to customize NetSuite to support enterprise financial operations.
- Hands-on experience with Order Management modules, including Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Sales Order Processing, Order Fulfillment, Shipping, Billing, Returns Management (RMA), Customer Invoicing, Pricing, and Customer Order Lifecycle Management.



Candidates should understand complete order processing workflows and their integration with finance and inventory.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vendor Management, Supplier Collaboration, Inventory Replenishment, Asset Tracking, and Material Planning. Candidates should have experience implementing business processes that improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in end-to-end Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, user training, and post-production support.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite Administration, user roles and permissions, workflows, dashboards, security configurations, and system optimization.
- Experience working with SuiteCommerce or SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with enterprise applications using Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Oracle NetSuite Certification (Administrator, Developer, ERP Consultant, or SuiteFoundation) is highly preferred.
- Exposure to manufacturing, retail, distribution, e-commerce, or supply chain business domains will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a collaborative Agile environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant IT experience with significant hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite Development and customization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional leadership.
