We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Backend C#/.NET Developer to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using C# and .NET technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement backend services using C# and .NET Core or .NET Framework
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and systems
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET (Core or Framework) with at least 3 years of hands-on experience
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating with external systems
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services is a plus
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
- Ability to write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
