- Put in place the basic strategy and execution plan for the team.
- Control GNPA and credit costs as per target.
- Collection efficiency in various buckets as per the target.
- Manage cost of collection in line with the target.
- Collection of ODC/ fee income in line with the target.
- Collaborate with the legal team in order to get requisite support for recovery of delinquent accounts.
- Manage allocation and performance of agencies.
- Compliances to various internal policies and processes.
- Drive various initiatives e.g IT within the team.
- Ensure regular training within the team and agencies toward TCOC and other compliances.
Qualification : Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline
