Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Museum Operations Executive (Fresher). The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of interactive museum exhibits and technology installations, including monitoring equipment, ensuring smooth visitor experiences, and coordinating with technical and creative teams.

Responsibilities include performing basic checks on devices and installations, helping manage queues and crowd flow, responding to visitor queries, and reporting any issues or downtime to the operations lead.

The Museum Operations

Executive will also assist with setup and shutdown procedures,



collect visitor feedback, and follow standard operating procedures to maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage on-ground operations, including visitor interaction, queue management, and basic troubleshooting of exhibit setups.
- Comfort with technology-driven experiences such as VR, AR, RFID, and IoT devices, with willingness to learn device handling and monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist visitors, coordinate with internal teams, and escalate issues clearly.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to follow schedules, opening/closing checklists, and operational protocols.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset to maintain high-quality visitor experiences.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as per museum operations needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline; experience in events, hospitality, museums, or exhibitions is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Enthusiasm for interactive experiences, learning new technologies, and working in a collaborative team environment.
