Role Description The Multipal role is a full time, on-site position located in Uttarakhand, India. This role involves supporting daily production operations, assisting with material handling, and coordinating basic shop-floor activities as directed by supervisors.

Responsibilities may include operating or assisting with machinery, performing routine checks, maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area, and following safety protocols and quality procedures. The role also includes collaborating with team members to meet production targets,



accurately following instructions, and reporting any issues or irregularities to the appropriate personnel. The position requires punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a structured industrial setting.

Qualifications

- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines accurately.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial work environments, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Physical ability to perform standing, lifting, and other routine shop-floor tasks as required.
