Role Description The Multimedia Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and producing visual and multimedia assets that support school communications, classroom materials, and promotional campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics for print and digital platforms, designing web-friendly visuals, and developing multimedia content such as presentations and simple animations.

The Multimedia

Designer collaborates with academic and administrative teams to translate educational concepts into engaging visual formats, supports event-related design needs,



and ensures brand consistency across all media. The role also involves managing design files, coordinating with external vendors when needed, and meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong multimedia skills, including experience creating and integrating audio, video, and interactive content.
- Proficiency in video production, including basic scripting, shooting, and editing for educational and promotional use.
- Ability to create high-quality graphics and graphic design materials for print and digital platforms.
- Experience with web design principles and designing visual assets optimized for websites and online learning tools.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with educators and staff.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an educational or learning-focused environment is an advantage.
