Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer is a full time remote role responsible for creating visually compelling motion assets that support esports branding, tournaments, marketing campaigns, and product experiences. Day-to-day tasks include designing motion graphics for videos, social media, broadcast overlays, and in-platform animations, as well as collaborating with product, marketing, and esports operations teams to translate concepts into engaging visual stories.

Designer will develop and refine graphic elements, contribute to video production workflows, maintain brand consistency across all visual content,



and prepare files optimized for web and mobile platforms. This role also involves iterating on feedback, managing multiple projects in parallel, and staying current with design and esports trends to continually elevate Tournyx’s visual identity.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital, social, and broadcast environments.
- Experience in Graphic Design and working with Graphics for branding, layouts, and visual systems.
- Hands-on experience with Video Production, including editing, compositing, and asset preparation.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color, and composition for esports or entertainment content.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and design work relevant to gaming, esports, or digital media.
- Familiarity with esports ecosystems, streaming platforms, and social media formats is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Media Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
