We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can transform ideas, scripts, and brand requirements into visually compelling motion content.

About the Role

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating creative visual content for brands, social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion design, visual storytelling, typography, composition, pacing, transitions, and animation, along with a good eye for design and current creative trends.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create engaging motion graphics, animations, video creatives, and visual content.

Develop motion graphics for Instagram Reels, YouTube, social media campaigns, advertisements, brand videos, presentations, and digital campaigns.

Convert static designs into engaging animated content.

Create visually appealing 2D animations, kinetic typography, transitions, logo animations, text animations, and infographic animations.

Work closely with designers, video editors, creative teams, and clients to understand project requirements.

Translate creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and references into polished visual outputs.

Apply strong principles of composition, typography, colour, hierarchy, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

Edit and enhance video content wherever required,



including basic colour correction, sound synchronization, transitions, and visual effects.

Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines and visual identity.

Adapt creative content into different formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.

Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining quality and project timelines.

Stay updated with emerging motion design trends, social media formats, animation techniques, and creative tools.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.

Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation principles.

Good knowledge of typography, visual composition, transitions, pacing, and storytelling.

Ability to create clean and professional animations from scratch.

Basic understanding of video editing and post-production.

Strong creative thinking and visual sense.

Ability to understand and execute creative briefs.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Openness to feedback and willingness to experiment with new creative approaches.

Good to Have

Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software.

Knowledge of 3D motion graphics and animation.

Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.





Understanding of social media trends and short-form content.

Experience creating motion creatives for advertising and performance marketing.

Knowledge of sound design and audio synchronization.

Experience working with creative agencies, advertising agencies, or brand studios.

Educational Qualification A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film & Video Production, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Portfolio / Showreel is mandatory.
