Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MoEngage Consultant with strong hands-on experience in MoEngage implementation, SDK integration, customer engagement, push notifications, in-app messaging, event tracking, and user segmentation. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with technical and business teams to implement and optimize MoEngage solutions across mobile and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and manage MoEngage SDK across mobile applications and digital platforms.
- Configure and optimize push notifications, in-app messaging, and engagement campaigns.
- Set up events, user attributes, segmentation, and tracking within MoEngage.
- Integrate MoEngage with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and other third-party platforms.
- Support campaign implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and production releases.
- Analyze engagement and campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Work with development teams to integrate MoEngage APIs and SDKs effectively.
- Troubleshoot SDK, notification, event-tracking, and campaign-related issues.
- Collaborate with product, marketing,



and engineering teams to translate business requirements into MoEngage solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in MoEngage or customer engagement platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with MoEngage SDK.
- Experience with Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, Event Tracking, and User Segmentation.
- Solid knowledge of FCM and mobile push notification implementation.
- Experience integrating MoEngage with iOS and Android applications.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party SDK integrations.
- Experience with campaign testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Good understanding of mobile application analytics and user engagement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with React Native or other cross-platform mobile frameworks.
- Experience with Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, deep linking, and third-party analytics SDKs.
- Experience with MoEngage APIs and advanced campaign/engagement configurations.
- Experience in FinTech, e-commerce, or consumer-facing applications.
