Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mobile Sale Promoter role based in Raipur.

The Mobile Sale

Promoter will actively engage with customers in retail environments, explain Xiaomi smartphone features and perks, and guide shoppers toward suitable devices based on their needs and budget. The role includes demonstrating product performance,



handling basic device setup, and maintaining attractive product displays and merchandising standards.

Promoter will work closely with store staff and Xiaomi representatives to achieve sales targets, track daily sales activity, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends. The position also involves responding to customer queries, ensuring a positive buying experience, and representing Xiaomi’s brand values at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
- Proven aptitude in Sales and Sales Promotion within mobile phones or consumer electronics.
- Basic technical familiarity with smartphone Operating Systems (such as Android and MIUI).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prior experience in mobile retail, electronics, or FMCG promotions is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and peak retail hours as required.
- Professional, approachable demeanor and strong commitment to ethical, inclusive customer interactions.
