About The Role
We are hiring a
Segment P&L; Lead / Analyst
to support financial tracking, segmentation analysis, and business performance monitoring. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to drive data-backed insights and reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Update TMI structure to capture POD-level analysis
Track and report segmentation, spans, and layers
Monitor financial performance across segments
Support data-driven decision-making
Ensure accuracy in MIS reporting and dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid understanding of financial analysis & reporting
Experience with segmentation and P&L; tracking
Proficiency in Excel / data tools
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of MIS reporting systems

Experience
8–10 years preferred

Location
Gurugram / Mumbai (as applicable)

Compensation
₹22–35 LPA (based on experience)
