Job Summary

Autus Digital Agency is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation, conversions, revenue growth, and return on advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives, target audiences, and performance data.
Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign setups.
Monitor key performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently and identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency.




Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Track campaign and user behavior using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Work closely with content and design teams to develop effective advertising creatives.
Monitor changes in advertising platforms, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Solid understanding of paid advertising and conversion-focused campaign optimization.
Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution concepts.
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
