Job Summary:

Responsible for driving real estate sales through channel partners, developing broker and channel networks, generating business opportunities, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants
Generate sales through channel partner networks
Identify and onboard current channel partners to expand the sales network
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with channel partners
Provide project details, pricing, inventory, and promotional updates to partners
Coordinate site visits, customer meetings, negotiations, and booking processes
Monitor channel partner performance and develop strategies to improve sales
Track competitor projects, market trends, and customer requirements
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and channel performance MIS
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, CRM, and customer support

Skills Required:




Strong channel sales and business development skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Solid network with real estate brokers and channel partners
Customer relationship and partner management skills
Target-oriented approach with robust follow-up skills
Knowledge of local real estate market and property sales

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
3–8 years of experience in real estate sales/channel sales
Experience in residential or commercial real estate preferred

Preferred Experience:
Experience selling residential projects, apartments, villas, townships, or commercial properties
Strong network of brokers, property consultants, and channel partners
Experience handling premium/luxury real estate projects is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
