Business Development & Outbound Sales Executive (B2B Lead Generation & Client Acquisition) | Work From Home

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development & Outbound Business Development Executive to lead outbound client acquisition efforts for our accounting outsourcing and remote staffing business focused on accounting firms and fiduciary companies.

This role is responsible for the full outbound sales process from lead generation and prospecting to outreach, follow-ups, appointment setting, converting to sales through client communication and pipeline management. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, experienced in cold outreach, comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and capable of independently driving qualified meetings and current business opportunities.

The successful candidate must take ownership of sales activity targets, outbound campaigns, and revenue generation efforts while working closely with management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research target accounting firms, fiduciary companies,



and skilled service businesses from LinkedIn and other sources
Build and maintain lead lists using LinkedIn, databases, websites, and outbound prospecting tools
Execute cold email campaigns with personalised outreach and follow-ups
Conduct cold calling and outbound sales conversations with decision-makers
Manage LinkedIn outreach and relationship-building activities
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with decision-makers
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline updates, and outreach tracking
Write and optimise outreach messaging, follow-up sequences, and appointment-setting campaigns
Monitor campaign performance, response rates, and conversion metrics
Coordinate with management regarding target accounts, market feedback, and sales strategy
Follow up persistently with prospects until a transparent outcome is achieved
Support proposal coordination and pre-sales communication where required
