JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Catering Operations Executive to join our team.
This is a full-time, in office role ideal for a Hotel Management (HM) / Hospitality student, fresher or candidate with 0–1 year of experience who is willing to learn and build a career in catering and event operations.
The role involves client coordination, client meetings, event preparation, vendor coordination, staff coordination and in office event execution. The selected candidate will work closely with the management and operations team and will receive practical exposure to real catering and hospitality events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with clients and understand their event requirements.
Assist in client meetings and communicate requirements to the internal team.
Coordinate with vendors for event-related requirements and arrangements.
Coordinate with service staff and event teams regarding reporting and responsibilities.
Assist with event preparation, operational checklists and pre-event requirements.
Assist in on-site event execution and ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate between clients, vendors, staff and the internal operations team.
Follow up on pending requirements before and during events.
Handle assigned operational responsibilities and last-minute requirements during events.
Support the management team in day-to-day catering operations.
Maintain skilled communication with clients, vendors and staff.
