Role: Assistant Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day branch operations
Coordinate branch staff and daily activities
Handle customer relationships and service requirements
Support customer acquisition, follow-ups & business development
Assist with branch targets and performance monitoring
Maintain branch documentation, records & reports
Support audits, compliance and operational activities
Take responsibility for routine branch operations when required
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of experience in Branch Operations / Branch Administration / Assistant Branch Management
Experience in NBFC, Banking, Lending or Financial Services is preferred
Robust customer handling and relationship management skills
Good team coordination and communication abilities
Comfortable working with branch targets and business development
Malayalam communication is mandatory/preferred
