Front Desk Receptionist Skinoq Pal, Surat

About the role

Skinoq is looking for a confident, well-spoken and organised Front Desk Receptionist for our Pal clinic in Surat. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will help create a warm, skilled and productive experience throughout every visit. Strong spoken English is required for this role.

Key responsibilities
Welcome clients courteously and assist them at reception.
Answer calls and WhatsApp enquiries in a clear, professional manner.
Schedule, confirm and reschedule consultations and treatment appointments.
Coordinate daily appointment flow with doctors, therapists and client-coordination teams.
Maintain accurate client information, appointment records, messages and follow-up notes.
Explain clinic services, standard processes, packages and payment steps accurately without offering clinical advice.
Support billing, receipts and basic front-office records as assigned.
Handle routine client questions calmly and escalate clinical, payment or service concerns to the appropriate team member.




Keep the reception desk, waiting area and client-facing spaces organised and presentable.
Maintain client confidentiality and follow clinic SOPs.
Support daily reports for appointments, enquiries, walk-ins and follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 12th pass; graduates are welcome.
1–3 years of experience in front desk, reception, guest relations, customer service or clinic coordination.
Good spoken English is mandatory.
Hindi and Gujarati communication skills are an advantage.
Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, email, basic computer applications and appointment-management tools.
Presentable, punctual, attentive and able to manage multiple tasks during busy hours.
Experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, beauty, wellness or hospitality is preferred.
Friendly and empathetic while maintaining skilled boundaries.
