Industry: Construction / EPC / MEP Projects/ HOSPITAL PROJECTS
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and develop 3D Revit models for Civil, Architectural, Structural and MEP services.
Create detailed drawings, layouts, sections and schedules from Revit models.
Coordinate Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire-Fighting services.
Identify and resolve clashes between different building services.
Update models as per site conditions, consultant comments and revised drawings.
Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
Extract quantities and schedules from Revit models wherever required.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Design Consultants and Project Managers.
Maintain proper model standards,
naming conventions and drawing documentation.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and approved designs.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Architecture.
2–5 years of experience in Revit Modeling / BIM.
Valuable knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience in construction, commercial, hospital or large building projects preferred.
Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
