Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in customers professionally.
Manage customer queries and provide proper guidance on Resineera’s resin art products and raw materials.
Handle inquiries and orders for raw materials, including offline purchases and online orders.
Follow up with leads received through the website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and advertising campaigns.
Convert customer inquiries into successful sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with the team for order processing, packing, dispatch, and customer updates.
Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, orders, follow-ups, and sales.
Assist in managing raw material inventory, including stock checking, updating stock records, and identifying low-stock items.




Coordinate inventory requirements for both offline customers and online orders.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide support before and after sales.
Assist with basic billing, order entries, and other day-to-day sales and inventory-related activities.
Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales, inventory, and operations teams.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in Hindi & English
Confident in calling and customer handling
Basic knowledge of sales and lead conversion
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Experience in customer support or sales is a plus
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge
