Responsibilities

(i) To Deliver Curriculum
To adhere and ensure coherent practice of the policies and procedures set in the quality manual for internal quality compliance and requirements.
Identify, select and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles and special needs.
To deliver the curriculum (CISCE Pattern) that is planned by the school on a weekly basis.
Highlight and source for quality academic resources to be used for teaching.
Implement creative teaching strategies as recommended by the school.

Attendance Monitoring
Continual Assessment Monitoring




Student Progress Report Creation

(iii) To Manage Student Learning
Foster a positive learning workplace in the class.
To take part in student development activities
Provide academic counselling when required by the school.
To highlight students who may need more attention to the academic department

(iv) Skilled Conduct
To adhere to the guidelines, policies and processes highlighted in the Academic Staff Handbook.
To act as a role model to students in words and action.
To attend all required training, briefings and meetings as required by the school.

(v) To Provide Other Teaching Services
Provide Invigilation Services during examination period.
Provide Examination Setting Expertise when required by the school.
